When will I receive my order?
Orders placed before 22:00 (GMT) are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
After dispatch, delivery within the United Kingdom typically takes 6–10 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Where do you ship and what are the shipping costs?
We currently ship to the United Kingdom only.
Standard shipping within the United Kingdom is free of charge.
All UK orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), meaning no additional import duties or customs charges are required upon delivery.
My delivery is delayed. What should I do?
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as customs processing, public holidays, or carrier delays.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please allow an additional 3 business days.

How do I return an item?
To request a return, please contact us at info@celerae.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
Once your return request is approved, you will receive detailed return instructions by email.
Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect.
Refunds are processed within 14 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
