Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer product exchanges.
If you would like a different item, we recommend returning your original order (if eligible) and placing a new order separately.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive an email with:

  3. Important shipping guidelines

Please do not send items back without prior approval.

Return Method

Returns are accepted by post only.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service. Customers remain responsible for returned items until they are safely received by our fulfilment partner.

For security, traceability, and logistical reasons, the exact return address is provided by email only after your return request has been approved.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect.

There are no restocking fees for approved returns.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received, inspected, and approved, your refund will be processed.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Refunds are typically processed within 14 days after the returned item has been received and approved.

Non-Returnable Items
